About “Behind The Windshield”

This all started when Bruce and Dave decided to take a trip to share a presentation titled: “Failure to Lead/The Consequences of Doing Little or Nothing” at multiple locations across Michigan. (Available in the OG Courses if you’re interested)

As they spent the week together (Imagine a cop and a firefighter in the same car for multiple days, and no one died), they discussed critical public safety leadership topics along their journey.

So when the OG society came along, they thought their discussions were worth sharing as a couple of OG’s themselves.

So, here is “Behind the Windshield.” While this started with Bruce and Dave, our other OG directors also take trips, share ideas, and poke at each other regularly. It's all in good fun, or maybe it’s not.

What is it? Frankly, it’s random ideas, rants, and mutual pokes between public safety folks (mainly between cops and firefighters that EMS has to clean up and fix as usual) that will likely be as entertaining as it is educational.

Bored, can’t sleep, need something to do? Listen and see if there are any nuggets you can glean from these random thoughts and discussions.
